He’s just a punk kid. If he were of white decent, he would not have been arrested in the first place. Charge the parents for allowing the kid to carry a bb gun.

Doing adult things should conclude in adult consequences. it’s an adult responsibility to own a gun, regardless the age this specific child was aware what he was trying to assume.
