Doing adult things should conclude in adult consequences. it’s an adult responsibility to own a gun, regardless the age this specific child was aware what he was trying to assume.

Yuma police officers should be more AWARE of the traffic around them. There should be MORE cameras taking footage of traffic. Most companies SHOULD have outside cameras. Not everyone has the means or the money to own a dash cam. The city should have more traffic police and harsher consequences.
