testing is a resourceful tool to help us know if we should isolate ourselves. We should stop reporting amount of testing is all.

Governors can order a state to "reopen the economy" but if 70% people are afraid their Bloomin Onion comes with a side of coronavirus, most will stay home and that restaurant will just close anyways.
