Yes for AZ, CA has to determine that on their own. Why didn't everything shut down for bird flu, swine flu, e-bola, something not right here!!

I completely understand that we as a community need to work but, as parents, as a community. There will be more that are sick if we reopen to soon, why is this even an option it to soon !
