There is no reason for a person to have a gun that can not be registered. If you can't register it, you don't need it.

Guns should only be feared by criminals. Our justice system has protected criminals and prosecuted Hero's.

'ghost gun' is a term created to fear monger the public. before the GCA of 1968 almost all guns were unserialized. Serializatin rarely helps in solving any crime, it just tels yuo who the gun was stolen from. Self made firearms get used in less than 0.01% of crimes.

No where in the Constitution is a requirement for a serial number on a weapon. The requirement for serial numbers on firearms began in 1958, and only applied to licensed manufacturers and importers. Firearms made before the Gun Control Act of 1968 do not need to be marked with a serial number.

I dont see exceptions for ghost weapons in the constitution. "Shall not be infringed" does not include exceptions.

Yes we need someone who will do the right thing and not just turn and look the other way. He will clean up the agency and do a great job.

In politics, individuals tell you what you want to hear, and to many of us run blindly with what we’re told. I want to believe everyone taking a political position wants to do the right thing. But when they tell you what they’re going to do and it is radical and erratic-don’t get on the crazy train

Bragg and the presiding judge should both be stripped of their licenses to practice law, and they could very well see that happen.

This is a case that never should have been charged. Glad to see the he had the courage to intervene in a situation where others were being threatened and he had the skills to take action.

Penny spent almost two in jail on a false charge.

Someone has to stand up for what's right. If people are going to go around threatening people and acting like that then yes I would want someone to protect me or my kids in any way .

The perps record alone indicates he belonged in a cage, and away from any interaction with functional people.

The perp was a threat to riders’ welfare and there was no law enforcement to protect them. Trained military personnel are trained to step up and serve. Penny deserves an award for protecting the common public.
