The fact there is not already one or any attempt at common sense enforcement speaks volumes in it's own right. Maybe we need another department and a 10 year study.......

If the City passes this, the homeless will not go away. They will move into the surrounding neighborhoods. Your children will step over the homeless as they walk to school and you will hear screaming all night long..

ReplyBragg and the presiding judge should both be stripped of their licenses to practice law, and they could very well see that happen.
ReplyThis is a case that never should have been charged. Glad to see the he had the courage to intervene in a situation where others were being threatened and he had the skills to take action.
ReplySomeone has to stand up for what's right. If people are going to go around threatening people and acting like that then yes I would want someone to protect me or my kids in any way .
ReplyThe perps record alone indicates he belonged in a cage, and away from any interaction with functional people.
ReplyThe perp was a threat to riders’ welfare and there was no law enforcement to protect them. Trained military personnel are trained to step up and serve. Penny deserves an award for protecting the common public.
