Jackson's confirmation was historic -- she's the first Black woman to serve on the court.

She's been a judge long enough to merit consideration for the post. As long as Dems and GOP divide our country, conflict will continue in our nation's capital. Too much centralized government anyway. Why is rapist Greitens on the ballot?

She is more than qualified, in fact more qualified than some other justices. Her record is well within guidelines set forth by the justice department.
Reply
Max
She may be equally qualified to Sotomayor, Kagan, and Breyer, but she is not nearly as qualified as the good ones. And Roberts does not count as a good one, only borderline. Not even close to the skillset of Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, or Barrett.

It's done finally! I feel for her, not being recognized for her ability but for her race and sex. That's just wrong! I don't care if she's a purple leprechaun if she can do the job! Here's hoping
Reply
Max
A purple leprechaun would know what a woman is, and be capable of providing a definition. She is not qualified for anything, except forwarding the Socialist Agenda. The reason she can't define a woman, is because next week, the Left may have to alter the definition of woman, for their devious creed.

no one should ever be picked for such an important position based on their gender and/ or race, but only on their qualification for the job. She will never know if she is the best person for the job, or just filling a quota. No one should ever demean themselves like that.

Max the fact that you consider it siding with pedophiles that she went with probations recommendations is rather interesting. What I find sad is you consider people who won't agree with you as pedo's. Kind of like democrats calling people Nazis. Look in the mirror cause I am sure God is disappointed
JH
Max the fact that you call anyone who disagrees or does something you dislike a pedophile is just as bad as the democrats calling everyone a Nazi. She didn't favor them she followed probations recommendation more than prosecution. Please look at yourself and question if God would be proud of you.
Max
JH, she is the one who releases pedophiles. Horrible choice for any justice position, even at a county level. Is that over your head? Or like her, do you support pedophiles?
JH
going to be honest Max kind of weird that you went straight to sexualizing her. You got something you want to talk about there?
Max
JH says she is a strong Judge and public defender. I disagree with that. I don't even want to see her twerking.
JH
I mean while you have a point about using gender and race in the decision process this is nothing new when it comes to Supreme Court justices. Secondly I am not sure that I would characterize her as unqualified by any means, she has a strong law history from judge to public defender, to her clerking

I guess all the pedophiles will be happy now so Biden should be real happy that all his buddies will probably get a reprieve

Israel is a safe haven for American Jew pedophiles who escape justice in the US by fleeing to Israel. Sexual predators like Weinstein, Epstein, Phil Spector, Eric Greitens all committed horrific crimes against their female victims. Only Greitens remains free, and he's running for the US Senate.
Bryan Shultz
Missouri Governor Parson signed legislation making it illegal to boycott Israel's nefarious businesses operating in Missouri, while Israel has become a safe haven for American pedophiles. ICL, Amdocs operate freely in Missouri, and now we've got Eric Greitens, a violent rapist, running for the US
Michael Leninsky
If she supports Biden agenda and can't tell the difference between woman and man she is just as bad as he is and supports the destruction of the country.

There isn’t even a vacant spot yet, it can’t even be legal. And she supports pedophiles with lighter sentences. Absolutely horrifying someone who can’t even define what a woman is would possibly be on the highest court in the land.

First of all its common to nominate and vote on another judge when one announces retirement that's how we seated justice Scalia. Secondly how would you define a woman. If its someone who can give birth then you remove women who are barren or have lost their ovaries due to medical conditions

She is lenient on sex offenders and pedophiles, she can’t define a woman or when life starts, she hates police, and pushes critical race theory that promotes segregation and opposite principles of MLK. She defended her record on Pedos. She is not American

She can not define what a woman is. She protects child pornographers, her records are sealed to protect her insufficiencies. She will not defend or protect the Constitution of the United states. She has no value as a Supreme Justice. She does not have the right stuff, to be a Justice.
Belinda Kitchen
Because she refuses to answer questions that was asked by the Republicans. She doesn't know the definition of a woman, she beat around the bush on answers.

She doesn't respect the Constitution of the United States and would allow her biases to affect her supposedly impartial decisions.

She has FAILED to answer pertinent questions that are vital to the mental makeup of ANY judge. Why, she can't even define what a woman is...how can she make Supreme Court rulings about gender much less rights?

She will be a like-kind replacement for Breyer. She won't be able to do any more damage, than he has done.

What kind of role model is this pubic official for our young people? Do we want them think it's alright to shoot people who disagree? It's time for conversation truly listening to all sides and practicing respecting everyone. The future of our country needs all citizens to respect each other.
