TJ Carrie at safety is great on paper. But how long until other teams figure it out? Give any available CB a Chance...Create an urgency in these young guys, instead of just giving them the keys to the defense.

Considering what Mark (and Reggie) inherited, they've done a fantastic job. Granted, there have been missteps (Flynn, Ponder, etc.), but overall, they're doing things right and are building a solid core of young, talented players. I tend to agree with the pundits who say they are still a year away.
