People take the five day work week for granted, like it was always there. Enjoy your weekends? Thank a Union. That's just one of many things that management is dying to take away from laborers in all services and industries.

They are redundant. All they do is make a few people who pretend to care about the workers very rich. The only people it helps are the union officers.

Unions have a very important place in history and should be proud of the *past* accomplishments. Attempting to bring up the past to justify poor performance and often unethical behavior should not be tolerated especially by union members.
