People take the five day work week for granted, like it was always there. Enjoy your weekends? Thank a Union. That's just one of many things that management is dying to take away from laborers in all services and industries.

Unions have a very important place in history and should be proud of the *past* accomplishments. Attempting to bring up the past to justify poor performance and often unethical behavior should not be tolerated especially by union members.

Large data centers can consume up to 5 million gallons of water per day, which is equivalent to the water use of a small city. Additionally, they can draw as much electricity as 100,000 homes or more, significantly impacting local resources. That is simply unacceptable.
