They are redundant. All they do is make a few people who pretend to care about the workers very rich. The only people it helps are the union officers.

They're demands and expectations typically are aimed to benefit one segment of a workforce.

Unions have a very important place in history and should be proud of the *past* accomplishments. Attempting to bring up the past to justify poor performance and often unethical behavior should not be tolerated especially by union members.

I already do. It pays to drive to Boonville when I can get gas for $3.16 at Breaktime vs $3.58 ish in Columbia.

We look at Gas Buddy app and try to get the cheaper gas.
