He is healthy, has better weapons and the o-line is more experienced and so there is no reason he cannot get back freshman form or better with his drive to succeed. He just needs to stay healthy.

Mostly because I think he gets back to his freshman season type of numbers, but also I think the staff puts experience on too big of a pedestal and won't let the youth start.

If the level of play is comparable, Frost will stay loyal to his very first high level recruit that he convinced to come help bring Nebraska’s level of play back to where it needs to be.

Forget 2019. This question is basically a referendum on whether one thinks Martinez can make an incremental improvement over 2018. If not, we'll be forced to go with Luke by year's end.

Why not, one never knows. What about just knocking off Iowa and Wisconsin. I'd be happy..

4-4 with the schedule we've drawn IS an improvement, but we've got a lot of ground to make up. I hope they prove me wrong and win a game or two we aren't supposed to.

not enough improvement in the trenches. Until Big Red has one or two B1G first teamer's and one or two B1G second teamers the Huskers will behind Wisky and Iowa.

Honestly it will be 3-5, hopefully Frost hands the reigns over to McCaffrey after it becomes clear that Martinez has not improved his decision making or throwing mechanics.

if a healthy athlete gets this it is like the flu. Short-term and no long-term damage. Let them play!

Are they going to extend eligibility for the players. If they can get the games, go for it.

Life without football would be terrible. For the players, fans and coaches. Of course they would follow safety guidelines. The NHL has not had any problems with corona so far - lets use their model!

If they can do it safely, then yes have the games. It would be nice to see a variety of schools - maybe some old Big 8 rivals.

This would be great. As long as each participant has the same philosophy on testing, then what difference does it make. Maybe stay out of Texas? But what about eligibility if playing more than 4 games

I think the players need to do what they do. No one is getting younger. For many this season is a chance at something big. The benefits outweigh the risks IMO.

We need college football and the players are probably safer on campus than at home.

Schedule with whoever still wants to play. You can get Covid going to the grocery store. The players have access to the best medical attention, facilities and testing. Why not play?
