Much data supports that in areas with the strictest gun laws, legislation has little if any impact on gun violence. More effort needs to be focused on efficiently enforcing current firearms legislation efficiently.. while addressing the unprecedented decay of ethical society.

Because the Bill of Rights says nothing about hunting in the 2nd A. This was for defense for the PEOPLE against a tyrannical government.
