I don't like it, but as long as we're going to play around with nonsense alternate uniforms, the boys might as well learn wi win in them.

Because we as fans should let the team wear whatever makes them excited and quit bringing up times 30 plus years ago like the uniforms had anything to do with how the games turned out.

The Redcoats were intimidating as is and didn't change to all Red on skirmish day.

Traditional is much more intimidating. One color uniforms make players look smaller (except for all white.)

Bad choice and ugly. For those old enough to remember, we got Irvin Fryar out of New Jersey because he looked better in our uniforms than the ugly Penn State uniforms. Why change for the sake of change when you have the better all ready in place. Sounds like the management of Cracker Barrel.

I doubt that this late in the season this change will help. I hope it does but i have no faith left. The O-line is just horrible.

Good thing we played buffs early. They have improved throughout the season and have been rated most of year. They are moving forward while we are retreating.

My heart says yes, but my head says no. Are they capable? Absolutely, but we haven't seen enough consistency in any of the 3 phases of the game to warrant any confidence that we can win one of the last three games.

Why don't we recruit the Army's offensive coordinator who really know how to develop a running game? And he only makes $190,000 per year.

They have to fight for it. I will be honest and say it depends on which NU team shows up and that’s why I think it’s going to be tough. They could either win the last 3 games but they could also lose the last 3 games.

Nope...hate to say it but we need a dual threat at QB. It was worth the try, but DR is better off served playing for a program that best suits his drop back talent and at this point in time it's not here. We will drop all three and maybe giving Lincoln Riley two weeks to plan...it's not good !

Sadly, no, I don't think it will happen. There are just too many problems with every aspect of their game. Especially offense and special teams.

I am not hopeful that this team will win another game this year. Just about every phase of the game is sub par. We have clearly regressed as the season has unfolded. Don't forget how much Jeff Simms was hyped last year; how did that turn out. I don't have confidence in the coaching staff.

Yes, but every week he have to prove you belong and they didn't last night. Rhule's team didn't play Rhule football. They got owned in the trenches, lost two phases of the game while being matched in the third (offense). Tony White was owned by the Illini OC and what exactly does Ed Foley do?

Is this a trick question? WTH? NU has played 3 nobody's & 1 decent team in IL. A good team beats that IL team by 14, and a really good team smokes those dudes. NU was neither last night. Can they be? I think so, but until we see different, it's hard to expect it. Rt now, we're 8-4 team, at best.

Opponents the first three weeks were mediocre at best. The defense needs to change the front, and the secondary needs to play way better coverage and not always give the receivers a 4 to 5 yard cushion. We could very easily find ourselves at 500 after the next two games. I hope this isnt the case

Should not be ranked until you beat higher level competition and show growth week in and week out....also need to show they can play solid and win road games...still a good team that still needs to learn how to win and believe they can win....games are never won on paper..GBR!

I stopped listening to local sports radio after the Colorado win. I began to hear talk of the Playoffs and one midday host here in Omaha declared Raiola the most developed qb Nebraska has ever had. NU beat three inferior foes and a bunch of people started drinking the Rhule-aid.

Not enough consistency; Colorado win was a plus but struggle against NI should have moved NU backwards and Illinois loss (Illinois! ....) should drop them out of top 30. Lot of work remains for a team heading in the right direction but 'not there yet.'
