I believe they should be compensated for endorsements and revenue made or at least have a fund that it goes into that they can collect after college. They should also increase their food budget.

You play 30+ games in a college season. You are going to have games where a starter is hurt or gets in foul trouble. You have to have a bench to get you thru. Solid bench can also mean solid future.
