Because the mask are doin no good. We as citizens of these United States have not been told the truth about any of this since it started. There are different variants of covid and have been since the 60s. This whole situation was nothing more than a political move and for more government control.

The government can spend your money more wisely than you. Why look at the wonderful over crossing in La Pine.

With so many struggling c to feed their families, find housing and get themselves out of debt due to the pandemic, this would be a great boost in h helping American families.

The Oregon State Government needs to be held accountable.... Well, at least "fiscally"... it's the best we can hope for. Bottom line: stick to your budget and give the people back the amount you over-taxed them!

Of course it should be returned to the people. The legislature made a budget based on expected revenue. They need to live within that budget. Just because taxes came in higher then expected is no justification for the state to party like a drunken sailor with the extra money.
