Commented "Doyle is much more than simply a strength and conditioning coach. He's essentially an Associate Head Coach...he plays a big role in molding these young men in all facets of their lives. "Experts" outside the Iowa program wouldn't know that...or understand it, as most programs don't have such a guy."
