Only a few citizens can participate in a causus for many reasons such as working. Primaries allow all registered voters to participate. I feel disenfranchised by Missouri congressm

I prefer this, but if the parties don't use the primary votes, it's just a waste of money for a stupid straw poll. What the state does isn't relevant unless the parties honor the vote.
