Who do you trust more with facial recognition technology?

tech companies, at least they won't use it to terrorize your life and stalk you 24/7 preying on kidnapping, extorting you. the police will rage in power with this. they are criminals.

Is this really a contest? Why do tech companies need it? It's obvious why law enforcemnt does.
