Should term limits and a code of conduct be implemented for the Supreme Court?

If you put term limits on the Supreme Court and a code of conduct, then it should be the same for the Senate and the house also. Some of the people in the senate and house have been in office as long as a few Supreme Court Judges.

Nearly every other court system throughout all levels of government have a code of ethics, except the highest court in the land? Yes, this should be a no brainer.
ReplyEvery other government job has a code of conduct/ethics. The Supreme should as well. It appears that a lifetime appointment is against what democratic principles represents.
