There is a 98-plus% recovery rate, and no proof that the vaccine is even safe. How can you not know anything about the virus, and think you have a cure-all, when you can't even control the cold or the flu? We are being sold a bill of goods.

I am not for the aggression suggested by using War in the name.

Department of War implies that we are aggressors starting wars, while Department of Defense implies that we will fend off aggressors to maintain peace. I much prefer the latter.
