ReplyGiven the fact that in the last three presidential elections, there were documented cases where the machines changed the votes, there is less likelihood of fraud with paper ballots.

ReplyWhy would anybody vote no unless they wanted more Russian interference in 2020 which Mitch McConnell won't allow legislation to prevent. Says volumes about republicans!
