Do you think it's possible there's a 'Planet Nine' in the outer reaches of the solar system?

..and if the country that I live in mandates a foreign substance be injected in my body and takes away freedom of choice, I want to go live on "Planet Nice". No longer do the people run the government. It's looking like the government are now dictating to the people. Sad day.
