It’s good for middle- and low-income families in particular. It would be even better if it were coupled with some farther-reaching policies aimed at making college more affordable for everyone.

It's illegal & unnecessary to start a war with Iran. Trump said he had obliterated Iran's nuclear capabilities a few months ago & now he claims they were an imminent nuclear threat. Which is the lie? Our country's resources need to be used for the people of the USA who have so many unmet needs.

Nobody voted for this. US citizens need universal healthcare, excellent PUBLIC schools, childcare, public transportation, affordable housing and utilities, free college or trade school. All of the things enjoyed by all other industrialized countries EXCEPT the United States.
