Mr. Woody is the most honest hard working man - who puts in countless hours. The council has the final say in decisions made...the people should be concerned more about the council members!

Mr. Woody's "honesty" and "hard work" don't compliment the bad decisions he's made that directly and negatively affect all residents. This sewer billing fiasco is blatant theft and criminal.

The position should be elected. He has been in his postion for many years with no improvements to the town that are for the better. Then he had the nerve to ask for a raise when we need more officers!

He has failed to fulfill the duties of his position. The city has deteriorated under his management. We need a manager with good speaking abilities and leadership qualities.

I'm not sure there even needs to be a position such as this! Nothing changes, money is mismanaged and we need an audit. He has been in way to long and the council does all the deciding anyway.

good comment. the State auditor should look at how the City is collecting taxes and funding for the sewer billing. This is extortion when the City can shut off water service for overdue sewer bills

Woody is directly responsible for the huge loss of city funds, that come out of taxpayer pockets. The north Belt retail projects are a waste of money. He's also responsible for the sewer billing

Crime, drugs, potholes that force owners to replace tires, tie rods on each vehicle owned, new & used. Empty buildings. Plan to build park by river = it floods. Run off good city workers & businesses.

I’m displeased with the whole council. They spend millions of dollars on things we don’t want or need and yet the roads are horrendous, the sewer bill is outrageous and drugs and violence run rampant

and it's horrific that 80yo residents are being forced back to work because the cost of living is constantly increasing due to poor City management. i.e sewer billing and increased property taxes
