Fischer - Despite the heavy losses at WR due to injury the past two years, this group has been solid. Look at their downfield blocking. Players love the guy. Great recruiter.
All in all, keeping the four best recruiters from the previous staff, and some really good coaches. I have a hard time believing we can see that great of upgrades from what we already have (which is pretty good)."
