Commented "anyone voting to repeal this must not be using the roads much, haven't had a tire busted from a pothole, or had to wait 24 hours for a road plow to get to you, or drive an hour around a closed road. I will gladly pay my $15 per year extra - way cheaper than the damage being done to cars."
