Not accesible to most people. A recipe for more frustration for those trying to use it. Mostly, a huge waste of money better spent to greater benefit to Bend.

Isn't it currently illegal to be on your phone while driving? This app would cause inattention to the action of driving a car responsibly!

When they added the gate to the parking garage, I quit going downtown. Leave it for the tourists.

Dumb. Too much trouble. Someone will get there while you're looking. Waste of money. Tech isn't always a good idea. Costs half a million to put in place?? Typical of Bend government.

If you want to help the parking problem, then use the money to build another parking structure. The app is worthless, as spaces are instantly filled when they open up. Nobody will be able to drive from a block away to get an open spot. Total waste of taxpayer dollars!

This type of tax will always be passed on to we consumers. Oregonians already pay an income tax. It's another heavy burden on Oregon consumers that will be passed on to us - the increased costs is nothing but a hidden tax.

This is a sneaky way to get sales tax in place and will add as much as 15% to the consumer's cost for retail purchases.

It's a hand out to the rich who can afford to live here only 200 days out of the year.
