Tho it doesn't deter those from buying. Wish tobacco sales would just go away. That would solve many medical issues. And create lower insurance costs.

No it's not going to help, some people will just steal to get the money. They need something that will really help you to quit smoking. I've tried patches, gum, pills and nothing works.

We live in Sisters. We would not be able to get over the pass to get to Portland in the winter without ODOT. This is irresponsible and dangerous!
