Reply ReplyBudgets need priorities and education should be #1 … there are sufficient dollars especially with the lottery paying so much (that has allowed legislators to take education funds and use them elsewhere

Reply ReplyThey only teach what the government tells them to. Also, figure out where all the money we already pay in taxes is going and you will find waste that can be then cut and that money go to teachers.

Always willing to pay for important things like education and universal health care. Unfortunately, on a national level, these services must compete with military spending and war mongering.

ReplyUnless you have been in the classroom you have no idea what these professionals face. We need to get there monthly incomes up to as part of a lead into PERS reform as well.
