need reduction in our household waste...seems to be a good way to accomplish that goal

I do my own composting. side from that, a well run composting plant will more then pay for itself.

I compost for my garden, and it stays at my house. I will not pay for this. I recycle and don't have to pay for that.

(5) Why does north bound 20 exit to the right? This required a new overpass to be built over the new highway, only to dump you immediately into another righthand exit, using the other recently built overpass/cloverleaf interchange. Is Bend not aware of exiting on the left?
