Even though it's a little extra work, composting keeps waste out of landfills and helps the environment. If there's an available program in my city or town to do it, sign me up!

Not only is it an extra step in taking out the trash, it would be an extra and unwelcome expense. The good it may do is not worth the extra cost.

I do my own composting. side from that, a well run composting plant will more then pay for itself.

I compost for my garden, and it stays at my house. I will not pay for this. I recycle and don't have to pay for that.

Absolutely not. The Constitution gives that authority to Congress, NOT the executive branch of the government. Trump’s actions are absolutely illegal and unconstitutional. But he doesn’t care, and has been giving Congress and the American People the finger for the past 10 months.
