We have a huge marijuana surplus in this state, and one problem coming out of that is the product's being sold illegally. Why not allow growers to send it elsewhere?

Why not. But should be limited to the states where marijuana is legal. Even though the feds have not made it legal they will eventually.

Complain about the drugs coming across from Mexico legalize pot all across this country.

Over production was caused by mismanagement. Sales data should now show a production target area by supply and demand. Exporting to other states just continues and prolongs that mismanagement.

the state & many counties made the BIG mistake not limiting number of licenses for production, processing ,distribution etc.This just addresses one problem,but not effect on water usage &infrastructur

It’s the same logic as alcohol. You can enjoy drinks and still own guns. But you should never handle a firearm while intoxicated!
