IF I PLANT A TREE ON MY PROPERTY, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TAKE IT DOWN AND IT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN PERIOD!!!

Perhaps they should in park and other common areas, but when it extends to homeowner property, the homeowner should be able to make that decision.

(5) Why does north bound 20 exit to the right? This required a new overpass to be built over the new highway, only to dump you immediately into another righthand exit, using the other recently built overpass/cloverleaf interchange. Is Bend not aware of exiting on the left?
