Bend is completely safe to me but then again I would not be out and about when all the tweekers and barflys are at all times of the night and early morning hours. Just common sense!

I feel extremely safe in dntn Bend. 2 Chris C-LONG gone are the days one could leave anything ANYWHERE unlocked, not just Bend. Go back to 1970 if you want 2 leave cars, doors unlocked. common sense.

If you have a problem with downtown Bend you should NEVER go to ANY city as you would just piss your self.

To feel safe they need to remove the homeless and druggies from the streets. Pretty scary to have them yell at you,

Do you complain about everything? It seems that way.

Do you think these new rules will help reduce e-bike accidents?

Obviously, if kids who shouldn't be riding these bikes cannot ride them to school, that represents hours of the day that they won't be on them, being reckless, violating basic rules of the road, and putting lives, including theirs, in danger.
