Where I can, but our street has been blocked in with construction signs, even though there is NO construction. Apparently the sidewalks are not safe and people need to feel safe walking in the road.

I wouldn’t say pretty often, but at least once a week. It’s spring out there and we’re getting cabin fever. Priority is keeping distance, but if you’re in your car, you’re pretty safe.

Do you think this suspect should be allowed to keep his dogs as his case unfolds?

Exactly! This awful man should never be allowed to own animals for the rest of his life! Once an abuser, always an abuser. No matter that he is a vet. It doesn't excuse this abusive behavior, especially over tiny dogs!

I don't think he should get his dogs back until a psych eval is done and he's deemed ok to own an animal. I also think that your reporter's continued hounding of him for an interview after he clearly declined was appropriate or professional.
