No, luckily this hasn't happened to me.

In Oregon criminals have more rights than the law abiding. Don't expect things to get better only worse.

Lava Island is a busy area, I am surprised that whomever was able to accomplish this. I haven't had my vehicle broken in here, but in Charlotte, NC that is a different story.
