It already has. While the exhaustion with stay at home orders is understandable, reopening this soon has already proved to be a bad decision. Cases have spiked here and all over the country.

All of them are not in Deschutes County! Probably most are a result of all the protesting in Portland, they should stay in level 1 !!

What spike?? LOLthere is no spike.. and we are very low in Oregon. Ofcourse it shows more , they're testing more, fyi.. did you know how much they will charge you in the end for the test ?

The county doesn't pay my garbage or water bill and I pay taxes.
