We are nearly there. So why continue to needlessly create opportunities for the virus to spread, sicken, kill, and mutate? The current surge is largely due to infection spread from the 20 to 29 age group on spring break. Though mostly asymptomatic, they spread the virus thru the community.

The district needed to plan for this possibility, and have some form of short-term distance learning set up for students. This was a likely outcome, given what we've seen in other states.
