No, it's amusing to them all. Considering the majority of the time their minds have already been made up, as to their ill judgement and direction. Just (feel good) common courtesy to us the public

No. Unless you're Trump. He's been having "campaign" rallies throughout his term in office. I can't see any influence that has come from them, except to boost his giant, but fragile ego.

Obviously, if kids who shouldn't be riding these bikes cannot ride them to school, that represents hours of the day that they won't be on them, being reckless, violating basic rules of the road, and putting lives, including theirs, in danger.
