The area is already congested with traffic, so I only can drive 35 already.

Yes I agree 100% and it would be a good idea for the police to hang out in different places over there and they'll catch a lot of people with no regards to anyone's safety!

This is the city's main drag, north to south (not counting the Parkway...), so why should the speed be close to a residential speed limit?

(5) Why does north bound 20 exit to the right? This required a new overpass to be built over the new highway, only to dump you immediately into another righthand exit, using the other recently built overpass/cloverleaf interchange. Is Bend not aware of exiting on the left?
