The report wasn't partisan. Mueller isn't partisan. This spin on his findings is utterly ridiculous and anything beyond his words is just a filter to make their side happy.

He said it wasn't a "Hoax or a Witch Hunt" as 45 keeps saying he also said 45 wasn't exonerated and can be indicted and prosecuted when he leaves office.

I recorded it, haven't watched yet. I've read what happened. I think NO ONE in either chamber asked the most pertinent questions. Having M repeat quotes v. having him expound was a lost opportunity.

Absolutely not. The Constitution gives that authority to Congress, NOT the executive branch of the government. Trump’s actions are absolutely illegal and unconstitutional. But he doesn’t care, and has been giving Congress and the American People the finger for the past 10 months.
