I am myself, would love a place of my own but I refuse to pay over 1200$ for a 2 Bedroom. We scewed up by letting rent be increased every year. Sure we have them a percentage cap but we never said how many years in a row they can do it to a renter. So now yearly rent increase out does any raise or c

It's me! We are a family that has created a cleaning company providing discounted cleaning rates for veterans and front line workers. We are out here trying to do something and it doesn't go far these days.

I have been looking for housing for over a year. I am on disability, and bring in less than $1000/month, and there is no housing available for people in my situation. I have looked all around this area, and Portland, with no luck. I need subsidized rent, and the waiting lists are between 3-5 years.

Obviously, if kids who shouldn't be riding these bikes cannot ride them to school, that represents hours of the day that they won't be on them, being reckless, violating basic rules of the road, and putting lives, including theirs, in danger.
