Do you donate blood?

As much as I can!: There's a huge need nationwide for blood and all of its components. As long as I'm healthy, it feels good to be able to help others. Rarely...: I'm afraid to donate blood, and too busy to go do it!

Rarely...: I did until my own health ruled it out.  Blood is a very important resource in health care.

Rarely...: I used to donate annually, but quit when they started calling me monthly for more donations.  Sorta like most charities and politicians, I guess.
