No sidewalks, no streetlights. No place really off the pavement to walk.

South of Reed Mkt on 3rd. Sidewalks not cleared, Flooding at intersections. I take the bus and sometimes it is really hard to get to the bus stop.

My neighborhood is so quiet and serene, always will be too the way it's designed, I'll not tell anyone where it is for fear of the hoards ruining our solitude, great neighbors and lollygaggin' strolls
