Yes I know of one in a store parking lot for over a month. It was on the street and someone pushed it into the parking lot because the police were going to tow it.
ReplyI have lived here for almost 2 years and the same broken down vehicles are still in the same spot and haven't been ticketed or moved. WHY!!!! They are taking up parking spots and cluttering the area.
