Bovino is not welcome in our community from my perspective as a lifetime resident and advocate/activist supporting our border community as one. His demotion should make him reflect and retire and leave our region to wallow in his failure that is an affront to our immigrant community,

The Native Nations should be in charge & should make any profits from such ventures & would know where it is safe to dig at as well
