Because he always use his money to help people with education, medical and build houses, why they can't do the same here with his money invested in education, cancer research, housing etc..

It's the right thing to do. Control the drugs and illegal people crossing into the USA
Replywith the state of emergency, they can get his assets,pay for the Wall and why not. He has help destroyed peoples lives and this would help stop it from continuing, a pay for his trial and future care.
