Not relevant. Has NOTHING to do with new spending. Keep our credit rating high or all citizens will lose wealth irreparably. Pays for former spending, a MAJORITY from former admin: unfunded tax cuts ran up deficit. Interest due now.

It it looks like a war, semantics aside, it's a war. A president should be able to assassinate a sovereign countrys leader without authorization
