Yuma police officers should be more AWARE of the traffic around them. There should be MORE cameras taking footage of traffic. Most companies SHOULD have outside cameras. Not everyone has the means or the money to own a dash cam. The city should have more traffic police and harsher consequences.

I was in my bed waking up to my phone ringing & my Mom on the other end worried & wondering if it was an accident or if it was terrorism. Sadly I call my Mom back just 2 min later with the news she was worried it was going to be. I had to tell her that I saw a 2nd plane hit the other tower, SAD DAY!
