this ruling is specifically about his overwhelming and consistent ‘intention to deceive’ and is designed to encourage him to stop behaving in that way, at least in New York. Similarly in the Carrol case to persuade him to stop mouthing off and lying about... well… everything

This program would have given electricity to many on reservations and rural areas. In 2025 why aren't all people served by electricity in their homes? We are not a third world country!
