Commented "After our daughter joined us we're now at 2 kitchen trash bags and a recycling bag per week. Sometimes a little more, but the city trash bags will fit 3 kitchen trash bags, so we never have any problem there. With the recycling taking care any heavy glass, cans, or bulk cardboard the black bags work"
